Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Brooklyn is seeking a Regional Support Supervisor to oversee multiple programs within the region. The role emphasizes supervision, staff training, and ensuring quality and compliance across administrative and financial systems under regional leadership.

The successful candidate will coordinate regional trainers, serve as a Super User for key systems, and report to the Regional Director/Deputy Director.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Supervisory and training experience in the I/DD field preferred.
• Experience in project management; proven ability to manage projects to completion.
• Background in supporting people with I/DD or mental health needs.
• Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions.

Responsibilities

• Train new Residential and Day Supervisors in systems.
• May be involved in planning special events for staff and people we support.
• Provide support in Residential and Day programs when there is no Supervisor or leadership gap.
• Act as Super User for digital/technological systems and coordinates training updates.
• Coordinate and report program assessments to Regional Director and Deputy Director.
• Ensure consistency of program operations with YAI policies and procedures.
