Job summary

Hope Through Housing Foundation seeks a Regional Support Specialist to empower residents through proactive housing retention strategies and coordinated services. You will collaborate with onsite property management, SH staff, and partners to deliver trauma-informed, client-centered support.

The role involves developing service plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring SH framework alignment across sites while maintaining documentation and reporting for compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with vulnerable populations including homelessness preferred.
• Ability to use case management software (HMIS) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with property management and SH teams to support residents and housing retention.
• Develop and monitor individual service plans (ISP) for residents in need.
• Provide crisis response and resource coordination for special populations.
• Ensure SH framework alignment across sites and document compliance.
• Connect residents to community resources and referral opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on activities, budgets, and compliance.
