Position Title: Regional Support Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Support Manager to oversee and support multiple locations. This role focuses on ensuring excellence across all sites, driving growth, and fostering strong relationships with location owners and managers. You will lead a dedicated support team, implement best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Support Center team to deliver consistent growth strategies and guidance.
Network Support: Serve as the main point of contact for location leadership, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources needed to meet brand standards and grow their businesses.
Performance Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators across the network, identify trends, and address challenges proactively.
Best Practices & Continuous Improvement: Develop, update, and share best practices and SOPs while fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
Field Engagement: Conduct periodic site visits for audits, coaching, and hands-on training.
Talent Development: Mentor and grow the Support Center team, encouraging accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align support and execution with strategic business initiatives.
