Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Supply Base Manager to lead regional supplier performance, escalation, and recovery activities, ensuring delivery reliability and quality for defense, medical, and tech markets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive recovery plans, and engage with executives to mitigate supplier risks while supporting multi-site operations. Travel requirements are heavy, and you must be US-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Operations, Quality, or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience should include supplier performance management, escalation, MRP planning, purchasing, inventory management, shortage recovery, supplier quality, or manufacturing operations. EMS industry experience and practical experience in a complex manufacturing or multi-location environment are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management activities, including supplier scorecards, business reviews, corrective action follow-ups, and performance trend analysis for regional and local suppliers in scope.
• Serve as the lead escalation point for critical material shortages, supplier decommits, and capacity constraints impacting delivery to customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalation teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Program Management, and site leadership to resolve supplier issues.
• Support supplier audits, factory visits, process reviews, and operational assessments.
• Develop and manage supplier recovery plans with clear action owners, dates, updated delivery schedules, escalation paths, and communication cadence.
• Clearly communicate supplier risk, recovery status, mitigation plans, and escalation needs to internal leadership, customers, suppliers, and executives.
• Build positive relationships with regional/local suppliers while maintaining accountability for commitments and improvements.
• Help align regional Local supplier processes, escalation playbooks, scorecard methodology, and recovery reporting with global processes.
• Visit supplier locations as needed for escalations, audits, factory reviews, shortage recovery, and supplier development; travel over 50% expected.
