Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Supply Base Manager to lead regional supplier performance, escalation for critical shortages, and recovery planning to safeguard delivery and quality for regional business units.

The role requires 50–60% travel, a US base, and alignment with the global supplier strategy. You will engage with executives and suppliers to improve delivery reliability and risk mitigation within a multi-location manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Operations, Quality, Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience should include supplier performance management, escalation, MRP planning, purchasing, inventory management, shortage recovery, supplier quality, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management activities, including scorecards and business reviews for regional/local suppliers.
• Serve as the lead escalation point for critical shortages, decommits, and capacity constraints affecting customer commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalation teams across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Develop and manage supplier recovery plans for high-risk suppliers with clear owners and dates.
• Communicate risks, recovery status, and escalation needs to leadership, customers, and suppliers.
