Job summary

Sev Skin seeks an on-site Senior Leader to guide and grow a multi-studio footprint. You will drive revenue, coach studio leaders, and ensure exceptional client experiences across locations.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cross-functional collaboration to meet performance goals while maintaining Sev Skin’s brand standards. This role requires travel between studios and a strong focus on people development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence analyzing performance data and translating insights into action.
• Client-first mindset and genuine passion for developing people.
• Proficiency with business software, scheduling systems, and data-management tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire studio teams across assigned studios to foster a positive, results-driven culture.
• Coach and develop Studio Managers and staff to reach goals and deliver best work.
• Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and accountability while maintaining clear expectations.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into action to drive revenue and profitability.
• Improve package and membership conversions, rebooking, reviews, OSAT scores, and room utilization.
• Partner with Marketing and field leadership to execute promotions and growth initiatives.
