Job summary

Skillpoint Alliance is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support electrical and manufacturing classes across the South Central Texas region, including New Braunfels and San Antonio. The role focuses on guiding students to graduation through proactive coaching, mentoring, and resource connections.

You will travel regionally between training sites, lead orientations, monitor attendance, and coordinate tutoring.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: Associate or bachelor’s degree + 3 years, or high school diploma + 5 years.
• Experience working with diverse or at-risk populations (justice-impacted, low-income, veteran).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, public speaking, and MS Office/Google/Airtable skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom visits and student check-ins to support retention and mentoring.
• Lead orientations, monitor attendance, track progress with instructors, coordinate tutoring and retesting.
• Manage regional field operations, travel between campuses, and maintain tech inventories and Airtable records.
