Job summary

The Regional Stroke Coordinator at St. Bernards Medical Center oversees acute inpatient and outpatient stroke teams, standardizing care models across Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.

Qualifications

• BSN required with active RN license in Arkansas or compact licensure.
• Masters in Nursing/Healthcare admin or public health preferred.
• Stroke Certification (SCRN/CSPC) within 12–15 months or CSPC considered.
• ACLS required for all candidates regardless of education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stroke protocols, pathways and order sets across the region.
• Coordinate regional outreach, education and data reporting for regional stroke care.
