Rocketship Public Schools seeks a Director of Strategy to guide regional priorities and execution, partnering with the Executive Director to shape annual planning, board governance, charter compliance, internal communications, and growth initiatives. This role supports school leaders and regional teams, focusing on enrollment, attendance, and family engagement to advance outcomes for students and families.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, consulting, public sector leadership, or education management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive and board materials.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High discretion when handling sensitive educational community matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional strategy and annual planning in partnership with the Executive Director and Regional Leadership Team.
• Translate priorities into plans, timelines, and project structures across schools and regions.
• Oversee attendance and family engagement initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Manage enrollment strategy, recruitment campaigns, and enrollment performance for the region.
• Direct internal communications and executive-level messaging for regional priorities.
• Coordinate Board of Directors activities, meetings, and governance processes.
• Ensure charter management and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Drive regional growth initiatives and manage cross-functional readiness for expansion.
• Lead crisis response coordination with Marketing/Comms and Legal teams.
