Rocketship Public Schools is seeking an Associate Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to regional and school leadership, shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture across multiple sites. The role emphasizes autonomy, workforce planning, and proactive talent strategies while collaborating with Talent, Program, and cross-functional teams.

The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to schools within the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct HRBP or HR leadership experience in a multi-site organization.
• Ability to make autonomous, strategic HR decisions in complex environments.
• Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to varied audiences.
• Deep commitment to Rocketship’s mission and values.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional and school leaders to translate strategy into actionable people plans.
• Lead organizational change, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Recruitment for hiring progress and data insights.
• Design development sessions for leaders to strengthen performance management.
• Ensure compliance and risk management across regions.
