Job summary

Rocketship Public Schools is seeking a senior HR professional to lead complex investigations and strengthen employee relations across its multi-state, non-union network. You will drive neutral, timely inquiries and advise senior leaders on policy implications.

The role also oversees mandatory training, records governance, and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors and authorizers to ensure compliance and consistent standards across all campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee relations investigations across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and organizational policies.
• Proven ability to coordinate audits and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into complex, high-risk employee relations matters across multiple states in a non-union network.
• Serve as central subject-matter expert for employee relations, coaching leadership and aligning with employment laws and policies.
• Oversee HR compliance operations including mandatory training, records governance, internal audits, and coordination of external audit and authorizer reporting.
