Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration technician to maintain and repair store systems across the assigned region. You will enter data in the maintenance system, complete work orders, and respond to after-hours calls.

Qualifications include an Associate degree in HVAC/Refrigeration, EPA Universal certification, 3+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Ability to travel daily is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and energy management in assigned stores.
• Plan and generate work, obtain tools, equipment, and materials to complete work orders.
• Inspect areas and suggest improvements; troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC systems as needed.
• Advise store managers on repairs and upgrades to optimize performance and costs.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper use of safety equipment; report unsafe conditions.
