Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to meet motor vehicle requirements.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives to achieve performance, quality and revenue goals across the region.
Manage store openings and closures with smooth operations and inventory management.
Oversee store maintenance, ticketing, budgeting and brand standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with store management and logistics to implement standards.
Optimize staff readiness and back-of-house operations including cash, inventory and POS systems.
Enhance merchandising and in-store technology experiences.
Lead and report on new hire and ongoing training to meet company goals.
