Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team alongside the Market Manager to exceed sales targets and operational goals while ensuring a welcoming and organized retail environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by resolving escalations, listening actively and utilizing proven sales techniques to retain and upgrade customers.
• Ensure the store upholds Spectrum's brand standards and delivers outstanding sales and customer care.
• Assess sales behaviors and product knowledge, collaborating with management to drive improvements and embrace change.
• Identify sales and operational issues, developing actionable strategies to enhance store performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise on store functions, Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and service features, including insights on competitors.
• Maintain operational excellence in store appearance, inventory management and staffing while minimizing losses.
• Support employee engagement by onboarding, training and retaining top talent and managing team schedules.
• Deliver daily coaching and feedback through various forums to promote continuous learning and high performance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including inventory and cash management.
