Storage Asset Management in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee multiple self-storage stores. The role collaborates with District Directors and District Managers to meet SAM’s performance expectations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7–10 years of multi-unit storage management experience.
• Proven track record of leading portfolios of self-storage properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations unit, including staffing, budgeting, and daily operations.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor District Directors and District Managers.
• Ensure regional financial performance and budget adherence.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FLSA, FMLA and applicable laws.
