Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to own and grow a regional portfolio of stores, driving profitability and operational excellence. You will lead districts, set strategic direction, and oversee 20–35+ employees to meet sales goals and NOI targets.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to develop teams while ensuring adherence to policy and safety standards. Weekend work and travel within the district are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated experience building ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage 20–35+ employees.
• Willing to work weekends and travel within the district.

Position Overview

The District Manager will act as the business owner to lead and grow our portfolio of stores in their assigned region. This role will take ownership in the growth and profitability of the specific district operations, while providing and promoting the leadership, vision, and direction of the company within its market.

• Computer skills: Solid understanding of the Microsoft suite of products.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to perform some of the physical requirements of the job (ability to lift 50lbs).
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay Range

USD $105,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
