Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for facility partners and staffing employees.
• Provide timely, professional communication to support staffing requests and changes.
• Match qualified healthcare professionals to open shifts based on client needs and availability.
• Support employee engagement, onboarding, credentialing, and file compliance.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs.
