Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, healthcare operations, leadership, recruiting, or a related role.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain.
• Healthcare, staffing, home care, long-term care, call center, recruiting, or scheduling experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for facility partners and staffing employees
• Provide excellent customer service through timely, professional, and helpful communication
• Respond to staffing requests, schedule changes, call-offs, and urgent coverage needs
• Build strong relationships with facility contacts by being responsive, reliable, and easy to work with
• Communicate with field staff regarding schedules, expectations, availability, and shift commitments
• Match qualified healthcare professionals to open shifts based on client needs and employee availability
• Support employee engagement, retention, and accountability through consistent follow-up
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and employee file compliance
• Partner with internal leaders to improve staffing processes, client satisfaction, and service delivery
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs
