Qualifications

• 5+ years of staffing industry experience.
• Experience leading sales and operations teams.
• Strong understanding of branch P&L and growth metrics.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience building client relationships and supporting business development.
• Ability to travel between Houston-area branches and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Monitor branch P&L and drive revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop Account Executives and Business Development Managers.
• Develop strategic plans by analyzing market trends for growth.
• Coach teams to execute the sales process and expand opportunities.
• Review client agreements to support new business and partnerships.
• Direct daily branch operations ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Oversee client appreciation activities and maintain high-performance culture.
