Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing civil or sports facility construction projects with budget and schedule authority.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of athletic field and civil projects.
• Own budgets and financial forecasting to protect margins.
• Direct subcontractor buyout and procurement of long-lead materials.
• Develop baseline schedules aligned with weather and athletic calendars.
• Lead client communications with school boards and municipal leaders.
• Enforce site-safety programs across all job sites.
