Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wine/spirits.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and/or prior management experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and communicate a clear vision for the team and inspire commitment to achieve results.
• Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Manage and develop Sales Consultants to ensure successful execution and service to accounts.
• Provide ongoing field training and coaching, including onboarding and systems (PowerBI, Workday).
• Develop growth goals for each consultant and monitor progress.
• Review sales vs. goals, analyze data, and reallocate accounts as needed.
• Direct consultants to pursue new account opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Enforce a master route schedule to maintain frequent, quality relationships.
• Spend ~80% of time in the market with consultants and merchandisers.
• Set monthly goals and assist the team in achieving them.
• Support brand depletions, placements, and sell-through; enter orders as needed.
