Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of On and Off Premise Spirits Sales Consultants in the Des Moines region. You will drive sales execution, manage supplier relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the district.

The role emphasizes people development, business planning, and strong collaboration with suppliers. A background in wine/spirits sales and leadership is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and related systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wine or spirits.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of On and Off Premise Spirits Sales Consultants.
• Drive sales execution and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional goals.
• Coach and train Sales Consultants with field performance reviews.
• Monitor account data, identify growth opportunities, and reallocate accounts as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maximize exposure.
