Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a senior regional sales leader for Spine & Biologics in the Great Lakes region (OH, MI, IL) with 50% travel. This field-based role reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales and drives adoption of advanced spine technologies across strategic accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop regional strategies, and build executive-level relationships with surgeons and healthcare admins to grow market share and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15+ years of relevant medical sales experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant medical sales experience, minimum of 10 years of managerial experience.
• Spine experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross training and change management to operationalize team.
• Own adoption of new surgical approaches with targeted deployment of spine tech sales reps.
• Develop strategy to gain share in the region and deploy teams to open competitive surgeons.
• Focus on new revenue at key strategic accounts through Sales, Marketing and Medical Education resources.
• Instrumental in sale and adoption of robotic assisted spine surgery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue and unit goals in capital sales.
• Provide growth opportunities for the regional team and attract hi-potential talent.
• Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and administrative customers.
• Champion Inclusion and Diversity programs and ensure full team engagement.
• Ensure adherence to MDT Quality Systems and report to Regional VP of Sales.
