Job summary

Lumascape, part of the Hunter Industries Family, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the specification lighting market. The role covers TX, NM, OK, KS, MO, AR, is remote with a Dallas home base, and requires frequent travel to best serve the territory.

You will cultivate agency/specifier relationships, drive revenue through strategic promotions, manage CRM forecasts, and partner with internal teams to achieve regional goals while advancing industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in spec lighting or related sales role.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and develop channel relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional sales plans for specification lighting.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, specifiers, designers, distributors, and contractors.
• Travel frequently within the territory to engage with agencies and influencers and attend events.
• Lead product promotions, trainings, and industry activities with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with territory objectives and forecasts.
