Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in sales, education, or EdTech with strong new business performance.
• 1–3+ years of team leadership or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 Solutions Specialists across full sales cycle.
• Conduct regular coaching and customer engagements to improve discovery and closing.
• Drive pipeline, forecasting, and territory planning with Salesforce data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and messaging.
• Provide deal guidance and strategic opportunity management.
• Maintain alignment with account directors to support institutional strategy.
• Recruit and onboard high-caliber talent and develop leaders.
