Job summary

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Manager in Mansfield, OH to lead daily operations and manage a team of cleaners on-site. You will be the primary client contact, ensure safety, quality, and presentation standards, and drive operational efficiency.

This full-time position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and supervise cleaners to maintain high performance.
• Oversee daily and nightly cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality standards.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and costs to stay within budget.
• Enforce PPE and uniform policies on site.
• Serve as primary on-site client contact and resolve issues.
• Submit daily operational recap reports to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure on-site security procedures are followed.
