Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dedicated Site Manager for our Mansfield/Lexington location. You will lead daily operations, manage cleaners, and serve as the main client contact to ensure top quality, safety, and presentation. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes leadership and operational efficiency.

You will supervise a team, inspect sites, control inventory, monitor budgets, and report to the Operations Manager. This is a hands-on management position with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with technology (cell phones and computers).

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support a team of cleaners to maintain high performance.
• Manage daily and nightly cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Oversee inventory and order cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor labor hours and costs within the site budget.
• Enforce uniform and PPE policies.
• Serve as primary on-site client contact and address requests.
• Prepare and submit daily operational recap reports.
• Oversee end-of-shift security procedures.
