We need a hands-on operator who can turn those relationships into customer outcomes and build the operating system around them. You will work as an individual contributor focused on building out Regional System Integrators (SIs) and a small number of key partners, gaining exposure to Lovable's

Responsibilities

• Deeply run priority Regional SI motions.
• Connect each motion to named customers, real product priorities, and measurable commercial value.
• Drive the next customer, partner, product, commercial, and operating actions.
• Resolve dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
• Turn first proofs into repeatable plays and stop work that has not earned company capacity.
• Build a repeatable working process and recommend the next specialist capabilities or hires.
