Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in the United States is seeking a Service Sales professional for the Food & Dairy segment. You will promote and secure service sales, including spare parts, repairs, field service, upgrades, and SLAs across North America.

Responsibilities include developing a sales strategy, coordinating with New Sales, and traveling extensively to build customer relationships and close opportunities.

• Proven ability to build and maintain close relationships with customers (decision makers, influencers, buyers).
• Entrepreneurial with a clear drive and strong customer focus.
• Thinks strategically and communicates company values.

Responsibilities

• Promote and secure the sale of spare parts, repairs, field service, upgrades, and SLAs for North America service business.
• Develop and implement the group-wide sales strategy and ensure coordinated customer approach.
• Lead service sales activities for Food & Dairy and coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Travel up to 75% of time to meet customers and secure orders.
