Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead service activities in California or Arizona. You must reside in the territory and drive customer satisfaction, budgets, and strategic service initiatives.

The role oversees regional service operations, ensures compliance with quality standards, and collaborates with Sales Directors on account strategies. Periodic travel and a base salary with annual bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Service role with customer service solutions.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong technical background; MS Office; SAP is a plus.
• Lifting ability up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual business plan and develop service strategies for the region.
• Manage regional activities to meet budget targets and control costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise field service staff; monitor performance.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction within the region.
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across procedures.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors on joint strategies and key accounts.
• Travel periodically to maintain market awareness and relationships.
• Support business development with IDN/GPO accounts.
