Job summary

The Draeger, Inc. seeks a Regional Service Manager covering California and Arizona.

The candidate must reside in the territory and will lead service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and budget achievement in the region. Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, managing regional activities to meet budget, hiring and guiding field service personnel, and improving key accounts in coordination with Sales Directors.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Service role with customer service solutions.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical background; proficient with MS Office; SAP a plus.
• Lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an annual business plan for the Service region.
• Manage regional activities to achieve budget targets (revenue, expenses, assets).
• Hire, train, evaluate and direct field service personnel.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction within the region.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors on joint sales/service strategies.
• Periodically travel to markets to maintain relationships.
• Support business development with IDN/GPO accounts.
