Job summary

Draeger is seeking a Regional Service Manager in California or Arizona to oversee service activities in the region. The candidate must live in the territory and lead field service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and budget achievement.

The role requires strong technical skills, oversight of service personnel, and collaboration with sales leadership to drive account strategies while traveling within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree in a related field or the equivalent in education, training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service role; medical devices experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Strong technical background; MS Office proficiency; SAP a plus; excellent communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an annual business plan for the service region.
• Manage regional activities to achieve budget targets and optimize revenue.
• Hire, train, and supervise field service personnel in the region.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel periodically to maintain market awareness and key account relationships.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors on joint sales/service strategies.
