Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead field service operations in California or Arizona. The role requires residence in the territory and involves overseeing service activities to achieve customer satisfaction and budget targets while applying company strategies and procedures.

Key duties include developing annual plans, managing revenue and expenses, supervising field personnel, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Travel within the region is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Service role with success in implementing effective customer service solutions; medical devices experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Strong technical background; proficient with MS Office; SAP a plus; excellent communication and customer focus.
• Lifting: able to lift equipment >25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish annual regional plan aligned with service objectives and report progress.
• Manage regional activities to meet budget targets, control expenses, and oversee assets.
• Hire, train, and supervise field service personnel; monitor performance and take corrective action.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction within the region.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards; support sales with key accounts.
• Travel periodically to maintain market awareness and relationships.
