Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Regional Service Manager for California or Arizona. You will oversee service activities in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and budget achievement while applying company policies and procedures.

The role requires living in the territory and managing field service personnel. Responsibilities include developing annual business plans, driving regional revenue, controlling expenses, and maintaining asset inventory.

Qualifications

• Technical or business degree in a related field or the equivalent in education, training and experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Service role with success in customer service solutions; medical devices preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong technical background; proficient with MS Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift equipment weighing more than 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an annual business plan aligned with Service objectives and company goals; develop regional strategies.
• Manage regional activities to meet budget targets, including revenue generation and expense control.
• Hire, train, evaluate and direct field service personnel in the region; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction within the region.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
