Job summary

Quantum North America, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee North Texas service operations, lead hiring, training, and supervision of technicians, and collaborate with Dispatch and Billing to optimize workflows and financial performance.

In this role you will drive customer satisfaction, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to the Director of Service with regular updates across regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Business or Technical degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• 5 years of supervisory and business management experience.
• Understanding of P&L and other financial controls.
• Strong leadership, motivational and organizational skills.
• High level of accountability; willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service operations, including hiring, training, and supervising service technicians.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day service operations across the region.
• Partner with Dispatch and Billing teams to support smooth workflows and timely service delivery.
• Manage the Service department’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Develop and motivate team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
• Share best practices, market insights, and business opportunities with other regions and corporate leadership.
• Proactively address customer and employee concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
