Job summary

Quantum North America aims to hire an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead service and construction operations in the Fort Worth region. The role requires balancing hands-on project execution with strategic growth, maintaining strong client relations, and coordinating across field and office teams.

The ideal candidate brings a mechanical contracting background, deep HVAC knowledge, and proven leadership to drive safety, quality, and profitability across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 and PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of mechanical contracting experience in service and construction.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for construction and service projects to meet objectives safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage job cost reports, budgets, and schedules; track progress and expenses.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, service technicians, subcontractors, and vendors for quality and schedule compliance.
• Lead regional mechanical operations and mentor project managers, superintendents, and office staff.
