Position Description:
We are currently seeking a Service Manager for our flagship DFW service center. The ideal candidate will oversee all service operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth region including: supervising all in house and field service technicians, monitoring inventory of all equipment and supplies, ensuring training standards are meet, ensuring timely completion of all appointments while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and meeting financial goals. This is a full-time position for a career minded individual.
