Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. is seeking a Service Manager to develop the service business in the Minneapolis region.

You will oversee a skilled team of Service Technicians, drive customer satisfaction, and implement service plans while ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires 5–7 years of related experience, a high school diploma (technical college preferred), and a proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Must be self-directed with strong organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); SAP experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight for a team of Service Technicians.
• Lead customer relations by advising on service standards and selling service plans? and training as required.
• Oversee and improve daily administrative routines and reporting (WIP).
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory training for team members.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Discuss workload planning and resource allocation with the team.
