Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical, multi-family maintenance with 5+ years of supervision.
• HVAC/EPA certifications; Universal CFC Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office and Yardi; able to read blueprints.
• Excellent communication and travel within WA region.
