Job summary

Burwell Material Handling, LLC is seeking an ES Regional Service Lead to oversee all activities related to ES projects, maintenance agreements and emergency service within an assigned territory. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with Project Managers, optimizing service schedules via ERP, and developing staff to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams in field or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and margins.
• Experience with Planned Maintenance and Emergency Service.
• Strong safety training and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives for ES projects and services.
• Lead growth of ES aftermarket revenue while ensuring service quality.
• Participate in hiring, safety training and evaluation.
• Schedule installers and manage workloads to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and customers for labor requests.
• Utilize ERP and reports to optimize service plans.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to drive growth.
• Manage vehicle inventories and maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews to address performance issues.
• Escalate concerns to minimize risk.
