Job summary

Burwell Material Handling is seeking an ES Regional Service Lead to oversee project fulfillment and service delivery within an assigned territory. You will coordinate resources, ensure timely delivery, and maintain customer relationships while guiding the service team.

Responsibilities include driving revenue and gross margin targets, growing ES aftermarket revenue, optimizing staffing, and leveraging ERP systems to plan schedules and parts availability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship building.
• Knowledge of ERP/work order systems and service scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives for ES projects and services.
• Lead staffing planning, safety training, and performance development.
• Coordinate installers and manage workload to optimize productivity.
• Utilize ERP/maintenance software to plan service schedules.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries promptly.
