Job summary

Burwell Material Handling, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to own and run a high-performing branch. You’ll lead a cross-functional team, drive sales, and grow market share in material handling equipment while delivering service excellence.

You will own branch P&L, coach teams across departments, and build strong customer relationships to expand revenue and improve efficiency. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of branch management, sales leadership, or operations management experience in industrial service or heavy equipment.
• Proven success growing revenue, expanding customer base, and improving efficiency.
• Experience leading branch teams across sales, service, rentals, and support departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch growth strategy to drive sales and service performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team across all departments.
• Manage branch operations with full P&L responsibility, optimizing profitability.
• Grow accounts in forklift, warehouse equipment, and related industrial products.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and market share.
• Track KPIs for revenue, territory expansion, and service quality.
