Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven leadership of service teams and projects.
- Experience managing budgets: revenue & gross margin targets.
- Strong customer relations and service delivery focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ES projects within territory, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.
- Grow ES aftermarket revenue while maintaining safe, high-quality service.
- Hire, coach, and develop staff to meet performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate installer staffing and workload to optimize productivity.
- Monitor financials and open work orders to support cash flow and margins.
- Collaborate with other departments and vendors to optimize processes and growth.
