Job summary

Burwell Material Handling is seeking a Branch Manager to own and grow a branch, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales and service excellence in material handling equipment.

You will manage operations with full P&L responsibility, expand customer bases, and strengthen vendor partnerships while delivering safe, reliable service and growth across equipment sales, rentals, and service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of branch management, sales leadership, or operations management experience in industrial service or heavy equipment, preferably material handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a branch growth strategy driving sales and service performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a results-driven branch team across all departments.
• Manage branch operations with full P&L responsibility, optimizing profitability.
• Lead the sales team to grow accounts in forklifts, warehouse automation, and related products.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and market share.
• Track KPIs for revenue growth and service quality and ensure targets are met.
