Job summary

Mosaic in Central Iowa seeks a State Service Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build community partnerships, and expand service lines for individuals with disabilities. You will work with the State Operations Director and local leaders to drive strategy and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead hiring, training, and development of a high-performing team, foster referral relationships, and travel regionally to engage partners and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a related service/business development role supporting persons with disabilities, including at least 1 year of direct leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and market growth by analyzing markets and expanding service lines.
• Lead and mentor teams through hiring, training, supervision, and development.
• Build trust-based relationships with community referral sources, industry groups, and local leaders.
• Serve as regulatory subject matter expert on Iowa service models and policy frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business development with organizational goals.
• Travel regularly across Central Iowa to network and elevate Mosaic's reach.
