Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Northeast Region based in the Albany area, overseeing service operations across multiple branches and partners. The role focuses on improving customer responsiveness, technician productivity, and service quality while aligning with enterprise standards.

The position reports to the Regional Parts Manager, requires travel across several locations, and offers a salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 per year with full-time, exempt status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Diesel Technology, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years progressive service leadership experience in commercial vehicle, transportation, heavy equipment, dealership, fleet maintenance, or a related industry.
• Two years of multi-location management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations functions.
• Valid Driver's License required; must meet company insurability standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead service operations across all regional branches and guide Branch Service Managers.
• Improve customer responsiveness, technician productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure enterprise service standards, safety, OEM certifications, and procedures.
• Drive regional financial performance through labor sales growth and cost control.
• Plan regional service capacity, staffing, and hours of operation.
• Recruit and develop technicians and maintain a strong workforce pipeline.
• Escalate issues with clear corrective actions to leadership.
