Job summary

Hunter Truck seeks a Regional Service Director to lead service operations across the Northwest Region and its branches, including Buffalo and nearby cities. The role focuses on driving customer responsiveness, technician productivity, quality, safety, and overall service performance, reporting to the Regional Vice President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Seven or more years of progressive service leadership experience in commercial vehicle, transportation, heavy equipment, dealership, fleet maintenance, or related industry.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations across all branches in the region.
• Drive customer responsiveness, technician productivity, quality, safety, and workforce development.
• Ensure enterprise service standards and improve regional financial performance.
• Oversee regional service capacity planning and staffing across branches.
• Recruit, develop, and retain technicians; maintain succession planning.
