Qualifications

• Experience leading dining, dietary, housekeeping, environmental services, or related operations.
• Multi-facility or regional leadership experience preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
• Proven ability to develop teams and improve operational performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining and environmental services operations across multiple facilities.
• Lead, mentor, and support dietary and housekeeping teams.
