Job summary

Staples is seeking a full-time associate to support the Third Party Management Team and internal groups. You will communicate across teams, resolve delivery issues, and document processes to ensure timely resolutions.

You will work in a warehouse environment with Windows software skills, learn WMS systems, and adapt to seasonal temperature changes while prioritizing client satisfaction and efficient time management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of basic English language skills.
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for Staples Third Party Management and internal teams.
• Provide superior customer service and resolve delivery issues throughout the day.
• Troubleshoot, document processes, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Handle pickups, deliveries, urgent logs, shortages and damages logs; contact customers as needed.
