Job summary

Staples Advantage is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Manchester, CT. You will support the Staples Third Party Management Team, coordinate with internal teams, and help resolve delivery issues throughout the day.

You will use Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel, learn WMS systems, and follow safety procedures in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• 1+ years of basic English language skills (both verbal and written communication).
• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of communication to the Staples Third Party Management Team and internal teams.
• Provide superior customer service by researching and resolving delivery issues throughout the day.
• Troubleshoot and document processes to ensure timely resolution of all customer issues.
• Resolve issues such as pickups and deliveries and maintain urgent, shortage, and damages logs.
